There are two ways to ride. Book a fixed-price trip each way — the price is set when you book and never surges after the final whistle — or take a chauffeur by the hour and the car stays yours for the whole evening: dinner at Patriot Place, the event, and the ride home, with your chauffeur back at the pickup point at the time you agreed. Hourly rates are printed below; point-to-point prices are set by your pickup town.
Groups ride together: the SUV and Executive SUV seat six, the Stretch Limo seats eight, and the Van seats twelve — the whole crew in one vehicle, one pickup plan, and nobody drawing the short straw as designated driver. Where do you pick us up after the event?
At the pickup point we agree with you before the event starts. Your chauffeur confirms it by phone on the day and waits there when the event ends — so you walk to a waiting car instead of hunting through the lots.
How much does Gillette Stadium service cost?
Point-to-point trips are priced by distance from your pickup town at one fixed rate — book online for your exact quote. Hourly hire is $80 per hour for the Sedan, $85 for the Executive Sedan, $95 for the SUV, and $100 for the Executive SUV, with a 3-hour minimum. Stretch Limo and Van trips are quoted by phone.
Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?
Yes. LimoMass offers flexible hourly bookings, as well as full-day and multi-day hire for business or personal use.
Can I customize the route or stops during the ride?
Yes. Chauffeur service is fully customizable based on your schedule and preferences, including multiple stops. Extra stops can be added when you book for $15 each.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or change free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup for trips inside Massachusetts, and up to 48 hours before pickup for trips outside Massachusetts. How long will my chauffeur wait?
We allow a grace period before wait time starts: 15 minutes for non-airport pickups, and 60 minutes for airport arrivals, domestic and international alike. After the grace period, wait time is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle — $80 per hour for the Sedan, $85 for the Executive Sedan, $95 per hour for the SUV and $100 for the Executive SUV — prorated to the time waited.
How does payment work?
Every booking shows its fixed price before you confirm — the price you see is the price for the ride. Gratuity is never added automatically — you can add an optional tip for your chauffeur when you book online, or hand it to your chauffeur on the day; every tip goes to your chauffeur. Once online card payment is live on this site, the card you book with is the card any cancellation or no-show fee is charged to. Until then, bookings are reserved when you submit them and payment is arranged with us directly.
