Chauffeur opening a car door for an arriving passenger — LimoMass Meet & Greet

Is Meet & Greet Worth It? — Logan Airport Arrivals, Decided

With a standard Logan pickup, your chauffeur waits at the designated meeting point and you make your way outside. With Meet & Greet, the chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal with a name sign. It costs $60 with LimoMass, on airport trips only — and whether it is worth it depends entirely on who is arriving.

The standard meet works well for experienced travelers with a carry-on, a charged phone, and a straightforward schedule. You land, you walk to the meeting point, your chauffeur is there with a sign, and you leave. For most solo business travelers, that is all the ceremony the trip needs.

Meet & Greet earns its $60 when the arrival matters more than the fare. First-time visitors to Boston, seniors, international travelers arriving at Terminal E, families with children and a lot of bags, and VIP or executive guests all benefit from one clear point of contact inside, instead of a series of uncertain handoffs outside. The chauffeur knows the flight details, the passenger name, the party size, and the luggage needs before the plane lands.

It also removes the failure modes of curbside pickups: the wrong curb, the missed text, the phone dying at the wrong moment, the guest who does not know what a designated meeting point looks like. After a long flight, especially with delays, being met inside by a person holding your name is simply a calmer start — and for hosts arranging transport for guests, it is the difference between a welcome and a scavenger hunt.

What Meet & Greet does not change: the ride itself, the flat rate, or the 60-minute airport wait grace, which applies either way. It is purely about where the handoff happens. Add it when you book an airport trip if the arrival is high-stakes, the traveler is unfamiliar with Logan, or the party has bags and children in tow. Skip it when the traveler knows the airport and travels light — the standard name-sign meet is already a professional pickup.

Either way, the booking works the same: tell us the flight number, the passenger name, and the party and bag counts, and the price you see before you confirm is the price of the ride, with Meet & Greet as a $60 line on top when you choose it. Book online or call (617) 483-5676.

Frequently asked questions

Who benefits most from Meet & Greet?

First-time Boston visitors, seniors, international arrivals at Terminal E, families with children and heavy bags, and any guest whose arrival matters — a wedding party, a client, an executive. If the traveler knows Logan and travels light, the standard name-sign meet is plenty.

What is Meet & Greet, and what does it cost?

Meet & Greet is a $60 add-on for Logan Airport arrivals: instead of meeting at the designated meeting point, your chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal with a name sign. Choose it when you book — it applies to airport trips only.

Where will the driver meet me at the airport?

Your chauffeur will greet you at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying your name, unless otherwise arranged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or change free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup for trips inside Massachusetts, and up to 48 hours before pickup for trips outside Massachusetts. Cancellations inside those windows are charged the full fare. To cancel or change, call (617) 483-5676, email [email protected], or use Manage Booking on this site.

How long will my chauffeur wait?

We allow a grace period before wait time starts: 15 minutes for non-airport pickups, and 60 minutes for airport arrivals, domestic and international alike. After the grace period, wait time is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle — $95 per hour for the Sedan, $115 for the Executive Sedan, $120 per hour for the SUV and $135 for the Executive SUV — prorated to the time waited.

How does payment work?

Every booking shows its fixed price before you confirm — the price you see is the price for the ride. Gratuity is never added automatically. Once online card payment is live on this site, the card you book with is the card any cancellation or no-show fee is charged to. Until then, bookings are reserved when you submit them and payment is arranged with us directly.
